We value the relationship we have with you, our customer, and we continue to

with a quick and easy way to provide us with your

You can register your
product online. This helps us ensure that you get the quality of service
you deserve, if and when you need it. It also helps us assist you if your
unit becomes lost or stolen.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tri-Tronics® purchase and we
have several different methods available to assist you.
We encourage you to use your new Tri-Tronics® product with your dog. If you are not completely satisfied you can return your remote trainer within 30 days to the place of purchase for a refund of your purchase price. If your remote trainer was purchased directly from Tri-Tronics® we will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling. If your remote trainer was purchased directly from Tri-Tronics® as part of a trade-in and you return it for a refund we will be unable to return your original system.

The warranty covers all parts and labor and is transferable to a new owner. The warranty does not cover physical damage or abuse. The warranty is void if the remote trainer has been altered or if unauthorized service has been attempted. The warranty period begins with the initial purchase from Tri-Tronics® or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.
Tri-Tronics® backs its Remote Trainers with scientific safety studies conducted by veterinarians and physiologists
at a major university. These scientific investigations involved parameters
of electrical stimulation that are similar to those in your remote trainer.
The studies tested for possible cardiopulmonary or epidermal effects of
Tri-Tronics® electrical stimulation applied to the ventral surface of the neck of healthy dogs.
These studies found no clinically significant changes in the electrocardiograms,
blood pressure, or properties of the skin underlying the contact points.
