If your batteries are rechargeable you should purchase replacements only from Tri-Tronics® or Tri-Tronics® authorized dealers because our battery packs have the correct types of batteries in them for your model. In addition they include the parts and instructions you need for proper installation of the new battery pack.
If the batteries are disposable (the Bark Limiter, Bark Limiter XS, Sport® Series transmitter, Pro Control™ RL transmitter, the Accessory or Upland Beeper, and the Sportsman and Companion models) you can purchase the batteries for them wherever such batteries are sold. Please follow the recommendations in your user manual for the correct type and size battery.
Batteries for all current Tri-Tronics® remote training receivers (collars) are rechargeable and user-replaceable. Batteries for the LS and Lite series with user-replaceable batteries are also available (look for four screws on the side that faces away from the strap). Batteries for the older LR/Lite series and the models before them cannot be replaced by the user.
Both rechargeable and disposable batteries for all models that have user-replaceable batteries can be purchased directly from Tri-Tronics® through our online store or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-456-4343.
