WARRANTY INFORMATION
If you suspect that your Remote Trainer is malfunctioning please first review
the troubleshooting section in your Owner's Guide. If needed, contact our
Customer Service Department at support@tritronics.com or 1-800-456-4343.
The Remote Trainer is covered by a
two-year warranty on parts and labor. (Other Tri-Tronics products may have
a one-year warranty.) The warranty is transferable to
a new owner. It does not cover physical damage or abuse. The warranty is
also void if your unit has been altered or unauthorized service work has
been attempted. Proof
of purchase may be required.
Always contact our Customer Service department
before sending your unit in for repair. If you send your unit in
for repair, either while under warranty or out of warranty, we may
replace it with a reconditioned unit.
REPAIR CHARGES*

In order to better serve our
customers we have extended our repair warranty on most systems. We
now offer a 180-day warranty** on systems we repair at our manufacturing
facility.
We will install new batteries, test
your system and all accessory items (chargers and antennas),
repair or replace any system component that does not meet current
manufacturer’s
standards.
